My name is Leandro Fournier and I’m a self-taught freelance developer and a pianist.
In 2009 I started my career as an iOS developer. I’ve worked with world-wide clients in several kind of projects, from scratch, building new features for existing projects or fixing bugs, using Apple frameworks as well as third party libraries and SDKs, interacting with REST APIs and implementing designs, among other things.
I’m also the creator and developer of Semmelweis, an application to teach you how to wash your hands, with a step-by-step tutorial, pictures, instructions read aloud, background music, SiriKit integration, notifications and new features coming soon.
I’m always eager to learn and gain new skills. The developer community on the internet has been a great support and still is. That’s why I decided to start this blog, as a way to give something back to the community as well as nurturing others (and myself) with useful iOS development tips.
Hope you like it and if you see something I can help you with something else, don’t hesitate to contact me.
